I did what GamerPoets did on and reinstalled the DX10 files, but that didn't fix anything.
Perhaps that is because I deleted the ini files in "Program Files (x86)/Mod Organizer/profiles/Default", but the fact remains that d3d9.dll restricts me from opening Skyrim.

When I remove the d3d9.dll file, I am able to interact with the Skyrim launcher and SKSE will fully launch Skyrim, but none of the mods will load. The SKSE loader will open, but not do anything past that. The launcher loads, yet it won't recognize my cursor moving over it. For some reason, Skyrim (both the launcher and SKSE) will not respond when I open it. I have all of the necessary ENB files, and have installed them verbatim as per the proper instructions. The best thing that can happen? Someone actually helps.I'm sure that this has been a problem for others, but I have yet to find a definitive solution.

Don’t post “This mod author sucks because….” – you don’t know how much effort goes into creating a mod, and even if you do, how does this help anyone?
