Please check all parts for damage or defect when you receive your order and prior to installing or using the item. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will apply for any unapproved returns. Contact us within the 30 days of receiving your order for any order issues. All returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Products should be shipped back to us via UPS, Fedex, USPS with a tracking number and insurance. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to process your return. If you need to return or exchange a product, please call us at 56 within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers should include both a phone number and email with their order so you can be contacted with a shipping quote. UPR Products ships internationally but due to frequently changing freight costs it is quoted per order. Please note - Additional Duties, taxes & Import Fee's may be charged upon arrival. Customers will go through the normal checkout process and our system will estimate the cost of shipping automatically based on your address. UPR Products does ship to Canada via USPS. You will not be charged for any items that are out of stock until the part is ready for shipping. You will be called if any of the parts are out of stock and either hold the order till everything arrives or ship out what we have in stock and ship the remainder when it comes in based on your preference. Occasionally some parts that you have ordered will be out of stock. Customers placing internet orders that have discrepancies or are out of stock will be contacted by phone or email. Tracking information is emailed to customers the evening after the package has been shipped out. Orders received over the weekend will ship out on Monday. UPR Products ships out all in stock orders via UPS or USPS the same day up till 5pm EST Monday through Friday. It's not a bad idea to have a spare set in the glove box. Replacement O rings are available if you lose, drop, or tear an O ring when servicing the catch can. The UPR catch cans have an O ring seal on the containment cup. If no drain option is selected, a standard plug will be installed) ( You would choose either the Magnetic Drain Plug, or the Drain line kit - not both. It allows the user to relocate the drain somewhere easier to access like the wheel well opening or bumper area. The drain line kit includes a drain valve, hose and fittings needed to install the drain valve. It will attract any ferrous metal material to it so the user can inspect it. The Stainless Steel magnetic drain plug would replace the drain plug on the bottom of the catch can with an Allen head plug that has a magnet embedded into it. Installation can't be easier! Just remove your oil fill cap and install the UPR Billet One Way Breather. It allows excess crankcase pressure to exit through the breather filter when needed, and will close when crankcase pressure is normal, which keeps un metered air from entering. The One way crankcase breather is a breather with a one way valve in it. If you plan on adding a Supercharger or Turbo kit, this is recommended. Better evacuation can translate to better MPG and low speed drivability. It generally will increase the vacuum through the catch can and equate to better PCV evacuation.
